Role Purpose:-
Receive and handle inbound calls by treating customers with the highest degree of courtesy and offering
appropriate solutions/products in a manner that ensures targets and service
levels are met.
Requirements:-
- Diploma or Degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Fluency in English is a must
- Good telephone etiquette
- Good listening skill
- Passionate and possess sound knowledge in World Geography
- PC literate – Microsoft Office
- Possess sound analytical thinking
- Flexible working in shift basis
- Knowledge in Airlines Reservations & Ticketing and Airlines products will be added advantages
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for inbound calls
- Ensure knowledge in company’s Reservation & Ticketing policies and procedures being applied and uses relevant information (e.g. latest product offerings, pricing, inventory) in all transactions
- Ensure process of end-to-end bookings being serviced and up-sell/cross-sell relevant products to customers
- To ascertain customer’s needs by asking appropriate questions and offer appropriate solutions/answers in a manner that demonstrates the highest commitment to service excellence and customer centricity
- To ensure customer issues being completed by securing the relevant information and finding a suitable resolution. Understands when it is appropriate to escalate an issue
- To assist superior and provide support with respect to delegated tasks/ assignments

Basic salary
Ø Degree – RM1,900.00 / Diploma – RM1,710.00
Fixed Allowance
Ø Shift allowance – RM100.00
Variable Allowances
Ø Productivity allowance – up to RM400.00/month
Ø Monthly incentive – up to RM300.00/month
